War Resisters Support Campaign urgently needs funds to help US war resisters in
need and to continue to build a national campaign to ensure that the Canadian
government will make a provision for US war resisters to stay in Canada.
There are three ways that you can make a donation to the Campaign.
1)
Make a monthly contribution
Donations can
be made by pre-authorized monthly deductions. Your donation of $5, $10 or
$20 a month is a straightforward way to provide stable funding to the campaign.

Send a donation by mail
Donations by cheque or money order can

Host a small fundraiser
You don't have to rent a hall or even throw
a party, to create an event to support the war resisters. A gathering can be as
simple as inviting a few friends over to see the video "Let Them Stay",
pass the hat, maybe have some buttons, some literature, signs, a copy of the petition,
a DVD to sell. If you are someone who gives dinner parties anyway, or parties
of any kind, maybe try including the appeal for support, pitch for funds, or the
showing of the video, or even a cash bar, into your normal social event. Think
small, everyday. Support for a cause as crucial as support for the resisters is
ongoing, and grows from planting very small seeds. It grows from person to person.
